Can I return a perfume if I don’t like the fragrance?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.
